Welcome to DICOM STL ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at dicomstl.com (the "Site") and our services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of Services

Our Services allow you to upload DICOM medical imaging files and convert them into STL format for 3D printing. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Disclaimer - Research Use Only (RUO)

IMPORTANT: The STL files generated by our service are strictly for Research Use Only (RUO) and are NOT intended for clinical diagnosis, treatment, or patient management. You agree that you will not use any output from our service for medical decision-making or any clinical purpose.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. User Data and Content

You retain all rights to any data or content you upload to the Site ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by DICOM STL and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis or per-download basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DICOM STL, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

10. Governing Law
